How it works
We will visit you to discuss your plans, and help you get the most from your web site. Marble Web Design can look after every area of your website for you. Registering a domain name, hosting the site, design and even the copy print!
We would start by discussing in depth what you wish the website to do, target audience and then move onto the site structure and potential layout.
We’d take away with us images and material content that you’d like on the site such as logo’s, photos and text and then come back to you normally within two weeks to a month with a first draft of your site.
From here we can work toward getting the site looking exactly how you want it by making alterations to colour, content or design as you wish. Once you are completely happy with your new website we can launch it on the internet!

Web Site Maintenance
Websites can quickly become out-of-date, leaving you with material which is both frustrating and unhelpful to people wanting to find out about you. Yet the vast majority of people don't want to have the hassle, expense or pressure of updating the websites.
That is where we can help. Updating the website on your behalf as frequently as you require as part of a fully managed website Marble Web Design agreement. Prices are agreed in advance so you know exactly where you stand!
Alternatively, you can use the update the content of the site yourself using Adobe Contribute and allow us to support you with larger scale graphic amendments.

Domain Registration
Your websites domain name is what most people refer to as a "web address". Domain names are registered through official internet registrars. We can search for suitable domain names and register your chosen name on your behalf to make life as easy as possible for you. Domain name prices can be as little as £12 per year depending on the extension (.com, .co.uk, .org, .net, .org.uk etc)

Website Hosting
Websites are stored on servers which are available to view 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We have a reliable server, where you can host your website including having additional features such as unlimited bandwidth, email addresses, 200mb web space and a 100% uptime guarantee. There are also no frustrating advertisements or pop-ups to get in the way of visitors viewing your website.
Our hosting package also includes a powerful statistics tool allowing clients to assess the success of their sites. You can see useful information such as how long the visitors have spent on your site, how many hits your site has had from both repeat and new visitors and the duration of their visit.
This information can also be used to see how successful marketing campaigns are going as well as most popular pages of the site.

Search Engine Optimisation
Our aim is that all of our websites will achieve a naturally high search ranking. By using keywords rich content throughout, designing the website code to be suitable for search engine robots and advising clients on the benefits of links and other methods of achieving a good ranking.
We will not offer search engine result guarantees as we believe, knowing the search engine market, these shouldn't be offered by any reputable web development company.
